The Concha is a traditional Mexican bread that comes in various colors such as chocolate, pink, white and yellow. It is a dough rich in sugars, butter and eggs, that gives Conchas their taste and texture. The Concha is also covered in a sweet paste made of different flavors.

 

    Danish is made from a sweet dough and laminated with butter. There is a great variety of shapes and fillings that make the Danish a very versatile product.

Empanadas are  traditional stuffed bread known in many countries. Empanadas are filled with a large variety of fruits and is rich in flavor of lightly sweetened dough. The original shape is made by hand, giving the edges a curly trim. 

 

Feite is made of layers of dough and butter. A great variety of fillings, glazes and/or decorations add to the character of this product.

There are various flavors and colors that the Polvorón are available in such as pink, chocolate, and white.

 

The Puerquito is a bread created by using a piglet-shaped cookie cutter and dough consiting of a mixture of refined wheat flour, milk, sugar, and molasses. 

Pan Fino is a  sugary bread that is very characteristic of the traditional Mexican bakery. Pan Fino is  soft with a cinnamon flavor and can have fruit fillings and/or frosting.   

 

Pan de Huevo/ Jelly Roll
Niños or Jelly Rolls are a sugary bread created by eggs and yeast. That mixture creates a spongy dough covered which is then covered in Raspberry topping. It is then folded up into a roll and powdered with coconut shavings.
